Job Description
As a Manufacturing Shift Manager at Mondelēz International, you will lead and coach the shift team, drive safety and quality excellence, and ensure efficient scheduling and maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Coach and develop the team, identifying opportunities to drive functional agility.
* Promote a positive safety culture through practical implementation of the HSE Pillar.
* Act as the Responsible Person on site during out‑of‑hours operations.
* Participate actively and drive Short Interval Control (SIC), ensuring clear and consistent escalation of issues.
* Participate in loss identification and eradication activities utilizing TPM (IL6S) Pillar Deployment.
* Ensure products are produced in accordance with the company’s product quality standards through effective coaching and communication.
* Ensure that effective communication processes are followed and aligned to company standards.
* Assist in the development of the department’s planned maintenance schedules and ensure agreed schedules are delivered in accordance with plan.
Qualifications
* Highly experienced Manufacturing Shift Manager with leadership experience within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
* Experience working on a shift system in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong people‑management skills.
* Evidence of delivering and developing a culture where health and safety are paramount.
* Stakeholder management skills, building effective working relationships across all levels to deliver sustainable improvements.
