As a Bid Writer and/or Fundraiser, you will be responsible for writing applications to various grant awarding bodies, including conducting research to find appropriate funds to apply for.
By helping to secure the financial future of our organisation, the volunteer will help ensure that our charity continues to flourish and can continue to support and provide fun, age appropriate activities for adults with learning disabilities in our local community. Role description
Bath Gateway Out And About are looking for an experienced Fundraiser to join our team to deliver the charity’s fundraising requirements. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in fundraising and development with a small, unique, locally based Charity.
What we are looking for
An enthusiastic and experienced Fundraiser / Bid Writer to lead and deliver on generating new funding opportunities and funding to cover core costs.
You’ll be an exceptional bid writer with very strong attention to detail and a proven record in researching, designing, and writing funding applications, to relevant grant-making bodies. The successful candidate should also be comfortable with creating, using, and reporting against budgets, and using financial information. We offer an extremely flexible working approach as this is a voluntary role.
