Artworker Cycle Company: Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd Position Summary: This full-time position is within Marketing team working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office). Cycle Pharmaceuticals is excited to recruit for a highly detailed-driven Artworker to join our marketing team. You’ll play an important part in shaping how our product and corporate brands show up across channels, ensuring our marketing materials are accurate, compliant, on brand and delivered to an exceptional standard. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Compliance, Regulatory and with external agency partners, producing print-ready and digital assets throughout the product lifecycle. If you want to know more about what we do then, why not check out our website and take a look at some of our patient stories: Patient Stories - Cycle Pharma What you’ll be doing in this role: Artwork & Design Production Produce marketing materials for product brands at various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring outputs are on brief and aligned to Cycle’s product strategy for the US market and where required, global markets. Brand Governance & Compliance Ensure all product and corporate brand materials strictly adhere to approved brand guidelines. Work closely with Compliance, Regulatory and internal stakeholders to ensure all materials meet US regulatory requirements. Implement feedback accurately and efficiently, maintaining control and audit trails as required. Collaboration & Delivery Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to brief and to agreed quality standards. Collaborate with external agencies, printers, contract packaging manufacturers, event organisers and other suppliers as needed. Support with handovers between design, review, approval and production stages. The following skills and experience will be important in helping you to succeed in this role: Proven experience as an Artworker or similar role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or another highly regulated industry. Confident user with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Strong experience producing print-ready artwork. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Calm and reliable under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills. Committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Desirable skills that would be beneficial: Experience working within approval processes involving Compliance and Regulatory teams. Experience working with printers and advertising platforms. Knowledge of digital asset management systems.
