We are currently seeking highly motivated nurses to join our nurse‑led unit as Chemotherapy Sister at William Harvey Hospital Hospital. Whilst this is a challenging role and requires someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing environments it is very rewarding and offers great career progression.
No one day is the same and draws on and enables the post‑holder to use a variety of skills and expertise. You must like working with people and want to make a real difference to our patients and families lives as well as make a positive contribution to the team and our service.

Offering full training, both in‑house, and then an accredited course at university.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all relevant forms of care in which they are competent, without direct supervision.
* Supervise and support the training of both qualified and unqualified members of staff.

The We Care System utilises a multi‑layered approach to improvement allowing staff to develop and produce a variety of ideas to combat the issues and problems that have been identified. The system allows for the deployment of strategic initiatives and trust priority improvement projects. The ward based OMS delivers daily management and continuous improvement on the frontline.
