Additional Skills and Qualifications
Key skills include behaviour management, classroom management, communication, de-escalation techniques, empathy, manual handling, resilience, and experience with autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and social-emotional mental health. Qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, HLTA, NVQ Levels, or relevant degrees in early childhood studies or health and social care are preferred.
This is a non-teaching role focused on supporting student development and well-being.
