Regional Sales Manager – Temporary Works Hire
Location: East & West Midlands (field-based, must live on patch)
This is an opportunity to lead a successful region for one of the UK’s leading names in Temporary Works Hire driving growth, developing people, and making a real impact.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver on revenue and growth targets across the East & West Midlands.
You’ll be the one setting the tone: motivating, coaching, and developing your team to achieve high performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Sales Director to shape and deliver a plan that drives profitable growth and strengthens the company’s presence across the construction sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, motivate and coach your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective regional sales plans.
* Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers and key customers.
* Promote both standard and bespoke temporary works solutions.
* Support national and key account growth through strong local engagement.
* Use industry insight and tools to identify and win new projects early.
* Review lost opportunities and use learnings to improve future performance.
What You’ll Bring
* At least three years’ experience managing a sales team in construction or a related technical industry.
* A proven track record of delivering growth and hitting revenue targets.
* Strong leadership and people skills, someone who can inspire, coach, and get the best out of others.
* Experience in temporary works is ideal, but other technical construction products will be considered.
* Confident with CRM systems and managing a busy pipeline.
* Full UK driving license.
