Working hours - Monday Friday 0700 1600 About you Experience of working in an admin role Proficient with MS Office mainly word and excel Duties Deal with customers and their orders Input data onto TMS Entering orders on TMS and only dealing with customers if support is required by the planners. Answer the phone and take and relay clear messages. Booking orders Communicate with Transport Planners to allow them to best plan the routes / deliveries etc Booking boats as advised by the planners.
