Description Job Title: Thurrock First Advisor Salary: £33,531- £38,052 per annum Grade: D Contract Type: Fixed Term / Internal Secondment - 12 months Working Hours: 37 hours per week As a Thurrock First Advisor your key role will be: To resolve queries at first point of contact. To provide accurate and timely advice and information to enable people to get the support they require when they require it and where possible to prevent, reduce and delay the need for health and care intervention. To have good conversations with people, finding out what matters to them and finding solutions that help not only to meet the immediate need, but to help people achieve the things that matter most to them in life. Through having good conversations, support people to prepare their own Support Plans and to make arrangements for any commissioned services. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. This is a rewarding role, full on-the-job training will be provided. This vacancy is for a full time member of staff to join us on a fixed term contract/secondment basis for 12 months.
