Job Description
* Assisting with the preparation and review of fund documentation and client materials
* Supporting lawyers on regulatory filings and compliance matters
* Conducting legal research and analysis on asset management issues
* Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with clients and internal teams across departments
* Contributing to knowledge management and business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
* Law degree or equivalent qualification
* Prior experience in asset management, investment funds, or financial services law
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCA, AIFMD, MiFID)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
