Skills & Experience Required
Essential
* Proven experience in housing development, regeneration, or estate renewal projects.
* Strong understanding of planning processes, property development cycles, and construction delivery.
* Experience working with or alongside Estates & Facilities teams.
* Financial acumen, with ability to build, interpret, and challenge development appraisals.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Project management expertise, ideally aligned to RIBA stages and/or Prince2/APM methodologies.
Desirable
* Experience in the public sector, local authority environment, or housing association.
* Understanding of sustainability, net-zero carbon, and asset management strategies.
* Knowledge of JCT, NEC, or other contract frameworks.
* Degree or professional qualification in planning, development, surveying, real estate, or construction.
