Operating from our 50,000 sqft state-of-the-art warehouse facility, we process over 650,000 shipments annually across B2B and B2C channels. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory management across our high-volume operation of 500,000+ units spanning 25,000 SKUs. This is a pivotal role supporting our warehouse modernization initiative, working closely with our Warehouse department teams to optimize inventory accuracy, streamline processes, and implement new automated systems.

Key Responsibilities :-
Inventory Management & Control
* Maintain inventory accuracy targets of 99.5%+ across 25,000 SKUs
* Design and implement efficient cycle counting programs for high-volume operation
* Oversee stock reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies
* Manage inventory allocation between pick bins, storage areas
* Coordinate with GoodsIn/GoodsOut managers on stock flow optimization
Process Improvement & Automation
* Lead inventory management aspects of our warehouse automation project
* Collaborate with technology vendors on WMS integration and Despatch Cloud
optimization
* Develop SOPs for new automated bagging, barcoding, and packaging systems
* Streamline goods ingestion processes to eliminate bottlenecks
* Implement data-driven approaches to demand forecasting and stock positioning
Team Leadership & Training
* Manage inventory team members and coordinate with warehouse staff (15+ team
members)
* Train teams on new systems and processes during automation rollout
* Develop cross-training programs for inventory procedures
* Foster culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
Analytics & Reporting
* Generate inventory reports and KPI dashboards for management
* Conduct ABC analysis to optimize stock management strategies
* Monitor and report on key metrics: stock turns, accuracy rates, aging inventory
* Support seasonal planning and peak period inventory management
Compliance & Quality
* Ensure compliance with inventory control standards and procedures
* Manage returns processing and stock reallocation
* Oversee damaged/obsolete stock procedures
* Coordinate with Customer Service team on stock availability issues
Essential Requirements :-
Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years inventory management experience in high-volume ecommerce environment
* Experience managing 15,000+ SKUs in fast-moving consumer goods
* Proven track record with WMS implementation and optimization
* Experience in apparel/entertainment product categories preferred
* Background in multi-channel inventory management (B2B/B2C)
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with inventory management systems (Despatch Cloud experience
advantageous)
* Strong Excel/data analysis capabilities
* Experience with automated warehouse systems and integration projects
* Knowledge of barcode/scanning technologies
* Understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning principles
Leadership & Soft Skills
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
* Change management experience during system implementations
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Desirable Requirements
* Experience in seasonal inventory management
* Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications
* Previous experience with courier integration and shipping optimization
* Knowledge of automated folding and bagging technologies
