* Repairs & Maintenance:Diagnose and carry out basic repairs, decorative touch-ups, and coordinate major repair works with contractors.
* Health & Safety:Conduct regular safety inspections, test communal systems, and report risks or faults.
* Community Support:Monitor communal areas, provide tenants with advice, and report anti-social behaviour or issues like fly-tipping.
* Contractor Oversight:Ensure cleaning and grounds maintenance contractors meet high standards and report any concerns.
* Team Collaboration:Support colleagues during absences and attend tenant meetings when needed.
