About the Role
In this position, youll play a key role in supporting and optimising chemical manufacturing operations. Youll work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure products are manufactured consistently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support day-to-day chemical manufacturing processes
* Optimise formulations, processes, and yields to improve efficiency and reduce waste
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
* Support scale-up from lab or pilot to full production
* Analyse process data and prepare technical reports and documentation
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, QA/QC, and R&D teams
