Interim Senior HR Advisor | London (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 per annum
An established organisation with a strong public purpose is seeking an experienced Interim Senior HR Advisor to provide full-spectrum HR support and lead or contribute to a range of people projects. This is a broad generalist role offering exposure across both operational HR and strategic initiatives during a period of transformation.
Acting as a trusted HR partner, you will deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle while also supporting key projects related to policy development, culture, and organisational design. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will play a key role in driving initiatives that align people strategy with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent HR advice and guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Lead or support HR projects including change management, policy review, engagement, and learning and development.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
* Maintain and update HR systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
You are a confident HR generalist with a blend of operational experience and project delivery skills. You can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong working relationships at all levels.
Essential Experience
* Approximately 6 years’ HR generalist experience in a fast-moving environment.
* Proven experience delivering or supporting HR projects.
* Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Skilled at managing stakeholders and influencing effectively.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
* Experience within financial services, insurance, or a regulated sector.
* Exposure to organisational change or transformation.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and process improvement.
* Experience supporting engagement, D&I, or culture programmes.
