We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the innovative group at Kalzip. You'll build relationships with architects, contractors & project managers, guiding them from lead generation to project completion. 🏗️
The successful Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for an annual turnover in excess of £2 million. From lead generation through to the project end, You will be the main point of contact for our customers through the project cycle. You will also be tasked with:
* Having an understanding of the construction investment and growth opportunities within your region
* Creating & maintaining your own business plan for your region
* Promoting Kalzip’s capability and products to the relevant architects, engineers, project managers & contractors who have the ability to influence building design
* Provide accurate statistical feedback & forecasts to the Sales Director
We actively want to speak to professionals from a B2B building materials background. Roofing experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
You will be required to upskill your own knowledge of the industry. We are also looking for:
* Experience within a technical sales or specification role and have a proven track record in new business wins
* Managing a large territory with large turnover
* Strong organizational skills and proficient in MS Office suite
* Valid UK drivers license
* Be based south of Cambridge
