Salary:
* Unqualified: Base salary of £25,755.60, with potential earnings up to £31,155.60 including sleep-in shifts.
* Qualified: Base salary of £26,303.16, with potential earnings up to £31,703.16 including sleep-in shifts.
Specific Hours: 39 hours per week

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Young Persons Support Worker, your days will be dynamic and fulfilling. From exploring the Pennine trails to enjoying the latest films or thrilling theme park adventures, your role is all about engaging with our young people based on their interests.
Your main duties will include:
* Promoting, safeguarding, and protecting the welfare of our young people.
* Building positive and trusting relationships with them.
* Encouraging the development of their individual interests.
* A willingness to learn, as we provide full training to help you achieve a Childcare Diploma Level 3 or Apprenticeship Level 4.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, we need you to:
* Have experience supporting vulnerable young people (desired but not essential).
* Be committed to the role, including availability on weekends and bank holidays.
* Be flexible with sleep-in duties as part of a rota.
* Participate in activities that create a home-like environment for our young people.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Engage, motivate, and encourage the young people in our care.
