A globally recognised retail brand is undergoing a major omnichannel transformation and is seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead the next phase of its digital, operational, and customer-experience evolution.
This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of the technology strategy, architecture, and delivery across stores, eCommerce, supply chain, and corporate systems. You will define and execute a long-term roadmap that modernises the entire tech estate and positions the brand for scalable, customer-centric growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the technology vision for a business with a rich heritage, strong international presence, and ambitious plans for the future.
What You’ll Lead
* Develop and deliver a technology roadmap that enables a truly omnichannel end-to-end customer experience.
* Oversee the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across the organisation, ensuring strong process alignment and operational excellence.
* Own the continued deployment and optimisation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, steering the brand’s global digital and eCommerce capability.
* Drive seamless integration between retail, eCommerce, POS, CRM, PIM, DAM and OMS systems to enable real-time inventory visibility, fulfilment accuracy, and high-grade customer personalisation.
* Ensure resilient, scalable cloud and network infrastructure across stores, distribution, and head office.
* Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance frameworks.
* Optimise vendor relationships, licensing, and total cost of ownership across the full tech landscape.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing internal technology team, fostering a culture of delivery, ownership, and innovation.
About You
* Strong background of senior IT leadership within retail, eCommerce, or consumer-focused environments.
* Extensive experience delivering omnichannel transformations where digital and physical customer journeys converge.
* Hands-on leadership of D365 ERP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations — this is essential.
* Strong architectural understanding of Azure, API integrations, and modern retail platforms.
* Proven ability to modernise legacy systems, implement new tools at scale, and create a unified data and systems environment.
* Commercially sharp, financially disciplined, and confident influencing at board level.
* A leader who is both strategic and hands-on — able to define vision and drive execution.
