We are Recruiting a Permanent Service Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident manager to help us deliver our exciting Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) contract across the East Midlands Prison site. We are looking for somebody with project management skills and operational and relationship management experience. Achieve deliver a range of learning and employment contracts in Prisons and Probation Offices. The CIAG contract supports prisoners to identify goals, access training and obtain sustainable employment opportunities on release from prison. As Service Manager, you will lead and manage the operational delivery of this contract to ensure it meets it’s aims and objectives. You will be skilled in managing staff and leading a high performing team to meet their targets. You will be effective in managing relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering performance-related contracts, managing people and be skilled in the multi-tasking required of a successful manager. Package: This contract requires a 37.5 hour working week and we also offer flexi-time, so when we ask our staff to do extra, we always make sure they’ve got those hours to take back another time. It’s a great benefit of working for Career Connect. The salary for a Service Manager is between £34,593 - £39,500 depending on experience. You will be reimbursed for any additional travel, beyond your main base of work. Our holidays start at 25 days Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service.
