What you'll do
As
Account Director
, you'll:
* Lead major campaigns for iconic financial, retail and destination brands across the UK and internationally
* Shape strategic storytelling, brand comms, media plans and influencer engagement across earned, owned, shared & paid
* Be the senior day-to-day client lead—trusted advisor, bold thinker, sharp operator
* Manage multiple teams, projects and priorities with empathy, commercial acumen and style
* Inspire, mentor and champion junior team members and rising grads
* Collaborate with our AI prompt engineers, insight analysts, film producers, designers and strategists
* Help win the next great piece of business—proposals, pitches, market insight, ideas
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
* 5+ years' agency-side experience in consumer comms, destination PR or personal finance storytelling
* Proven success in account leadership, media relations, and cross-channel delivery
* Excellent communication skills and client relationship flair
* A head for strategy, a heart for culture, and an eye for detail
* Experience running high-performance teams and contributing to agency growth
