Your Tasks Deliver marketing campaigns for Fleadh 2026 within agreed timelines and budgets Work with designers and external agencies to create engaging online and offline content Coordinate photography and video production with creative partners Manage distribution of content to city partners and stakeholders Design and produce event guides, brochures, and promotional materials Provide administrative support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations Contribute to digital marketing and wider external campaigns Ensure all materials meet accessibility and branding guidelines Collaborate with internal and external teams on integrated marketing strategies Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements where needed What You Need Essential Qualifications A degree in a relevant subject such as Marketing, Communications, PR, or Advertising OR Membership of a relevant professional body Experience At least 1 years experience in marketing planning and producing marketing materials with a degree OR At least 2 years relevant experience without a degree Desirable Experience managing suppliers for branding or marketing campaigns What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of branding and marketing best practice Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong customer service focus and attention to quality Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable using office software and digital marketing tools Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of teams Professional discretion when working with elected members and the media
