The successful Building Surveyor will have a hybrid position (3:2 split) The Role for the Building Surveyor With excellent clients within the High-End residential sector, the Building Surveyor will play a key part in furthering relationships. Their clients are held to a high regard and supporting all requirements across the Building Surveying spectrum is part of this role. You will find a 50/50 split between professional services and projects, supporting stunning Residential properties within Mayfair, Kensington, Fitzrovia and Surrey. The Company the Building Surveyor will join This well-respected consultancy operates across London and the home counties, supporting domestic and international clients within the Prime Residential world. They do have a portfolio of Commercial clients, with CAT A/B works taking place. 42 employees total and the Building Surveyor will be supported by a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Director.
