An exciting opportunity to join a world leading Jewellery and Diamond specialist has arisen for an experienced Production Assistant. The Production team plays a crucial role in their Operations by overseeing the Manufacturing process and the product development of their pieces from the conception to the final deliveries. As a Production Assistant, your main mission will be to provide operational support to the production organisation and strategy. Excellent organisation, time management and follow up skills Detailed orientated Ability to handle high work load and prioritise Good communication skills Problem solver Team player Reactive Keen interest in fine Jewellery The main duties will be: To support all aspects of the Production team in the critical flow of Jewellery and Watch Production. Placing stock orders and reviewing deadlines Building strong communication with the workshops Assisting the Merchandising teams with retail needs (client enquiries, quotations, deadline management, special orders and design requests) The successful candidate will have advanced Excel and good analytical skills. SAP experience is a plus and a background in Jewellery or Luxury industry is preferred. Must also have experience in working in a fast-paced environment and managing high volume of references would be greatly appreciated. Must be adaptable and have a willingness and openness to adapt to changing needs and challenges as they arise. Must be flexible and have active listening skills, tailoring communication to different audiences while effectively communicating to different teams.
