Your new role: * Review key contracts, in order to determine the appropriate assessment and treatment in line with IFRS 15 * Analyse & report on the performance of key revenue contracts, and other areas of the P&L * Ensure accuracy of reported figures & reconciliation of balance sheets, with escalation of any errors or issues to management * Preparation of commentary on key drivers and variances * Assessment of processes and calculations applied to those areas, to assess their suitability, and propose improvements where necessary * Become an ‘expert’ in key areas of the P&L and balance sheet, in order to complete analysis and provide insight to Finance management and the wider business What you’ll need to succeed: * Part qualified/finalist or qualified accountant in a relevant qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent * Possess knowledge of the relevant accounting standards – in particular IFRS 15 * Proficiency in basic accounting concepts, such as prepayments, accruals, double-entry etc * High levels of numeracy and demonstrates diligence and accuracy in their work * Ability to work independently, self-motivate, organize & adhere to deadlines in a fast-growing business What we offer: * Range of employee initiatives on offer including the green team, employee forum, women’s network and culture club * Vibrant company culture with a wide range of events and social activities throughout the year * Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support * Comprehensive benefits, birthday leave, charity leave, vitality health cover and holiday purchase scheme to gain an extra 5 days leave
