An award-winning UK law firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their accomplished and fast-paced team. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a thriving team. This position offers exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload of complex commercial property transactions, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lease arrangements, and disputes
* Managing funding arrangements and preparing auction contracts to tight deadlines
* Identifying legal risks and ensuring full regulatory compliance
* Liaising with other departments including corporate, real estate, and finance for integrated service delivery
* Building long-term client relationships through quality advice and communication
* Leading by example, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to a well-structured, efficient team
Candidate Profile:
You’ll be a confident and commercially astute solicitor with:
* 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* The ability to manage multiple transactions with professionalism and calm under pressure
