JSS Search are recruiting for an Interim Student Records Manager position, to work at a large London university.
This is to start ASAP, on an initial 6 month FTC.
Salary up to £51,735 per annum.
Hybrid - on campus/working from home.
Working as part of central student administrative services function, to ensure successful record set up / maintenance as part of enrolment and re-enrolment activities and liaising with faculty teams.
Key responsibilities:
* To monitor BAU processes and to plan and implement new ways of working, to support the team's handling of student data in student records.
* Delegating to the team as appropriate, enquiries from students and staff from across the university (faculties and central teams), to resolve in a timely manner.
* To act as a bridge between colleagues in faculties and the team. To develop and foster mutually conducive and productive working relationships with colleagues in faculties and stakeholders.
* Set appropriate objectives for activities and conduct reviews. Working alongside the Head of Student Records, to assess the impact and action remedies.
* Statistical Analysis (including descriptive and prescriptive) to identify trends, patterns and relationships within data sets, leading to informed decision making.
* To participate in working groups as appropriate in collaboration with colleagues in faculties and central teams, with a view to devise standardised policies and streamlined processes.
* Other duties as may be required in line with Grade and team focus.
