You’ll be operating within a busy multi-franchised parts department at Matford Way in Exeter
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls within our call centre.
* Looking up parts on a number of Electronic Parts Catalogues and advising our trade and retail customers, pricing and availability.
* Take emails from a shared email box and respond to the customer enquires in a professional manner.
* Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions.
* Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
* Record any lost sales on database.
About You What We’re Looking For
* Motor trade parts experience advantageous but not essential.
* A level of computer literacy.
* Previous experience using the CDK Drive (Kerridge) system advantageous.
