This is an exciting new role within our casino with a focus on development of the poker offering within the casino, delivering a great experience for our guests and facilitating the smooth running of all tournament and cash game poker within the venue. Accurate calculation and recording of tournament entries and re-buys, and accurate calculation and recording of cash game rake. Gain knowledge of the poker environment within the local area and also have a strong desire to improve our own poker offering Be fully aware of poker compliance and able to adapt our own offering within these parameters. Creating a company standard set of poker rules to which all games shall be dealt to To give all customers an excellent and attentive service at all times Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere To ensure all policies and procedures in the company manuals are strictly adhered to. To ensure that all poker games are dealt to required standard Ensure that all the legal requirements as laid down by the government and the gambling commission coupled with all company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. Liaise with management regarding any mistakes or any suspicious transactions identified. Full compliance with the Gambling Act 2005, the Licencing Conditions and Codes of Practice. The robust enforcement of Challenge 25 Scotland. Adhering to the Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Adhering to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
