Responsibilities include:
1. Working with Vulnerable Adults with Mental Health
2. Care management
3. Report writing and assessment
4. Carrying a caseload of service users
5. Managing complex cases
6. Liaising with other professional bodies whilst working within the Mental Health Act
7. Safeguarding Adults
8. Self-directed support / personal budgets
Experience preferred:
9. Post qualifying experience of working within a Qualified Social Worker - Approved Mental Health Practitioner Team within the UK Social Care industry.
The Team:
10. Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
Minimum Requirements:
11. SWE Registration
12. 1 year post qualifying experience within UK
13. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
14. Eligibility to work in the UK
