This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a nurturing and forward-thinking team dedicated to supporting vulnerable young people. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operation of the home. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and fostering a positive, family-like environment for the young people in your care. This role comes with a clear path for progression, including support to step up into a Registered Manager position.
