Job Description
Reception Team Leader
As a Reception Team Leader, you will lead the team responsible for guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring memorable stays.

What You Will Be Doing
* Leading reception teams to deliver excellent guest experiences and supporting reception operations as needed
* Collaborating with the reservations team to ensure accurate bookings and guest requests are addressed
* Assisting with daily banking, account reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes
Qualifications
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications, service-oriented personality, experience is an asset, familiarity with Opera system is a plus, fluency in English, additional languages are beneficial.
