Case Advisor
Manchester City Centre
Hybrid working, min 2 days per month in the office
Full-time, 35 hours per week
On-going temporary contract which could lead to a permanent opportunity
£17.29 per hour
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Case Advisor to join our client based in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
1. Handle customer complaints via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up communication
2. Arrange and lead initial enquiry meetings with customers
3. Review, analyse and summarise complex case information
4. Manage your own caseload, working closely with colleagues across the organisation
5. Support customers by arranging and recording complaint calls where needed
6. Follow safeguarding procedures to protect children and vulnerable adults
7. Provide cover and assistance to team members as required
8. Any other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time
We are looking for candidates with:
9. Experience of dealing with complaints and providing advice and guidance via telephone, email and letter
10. Excellent customer service skills with a sensitive and professional approach
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style
12. Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
13. Must be able to work independently and as part of a wider team
14. Understand GDPR and data protection
15. Experience of relevant software and advanced Excel
16. Great organisational ability and attention to detail

17. A standard criminal record check via the Disclosure and Barring Service is required
