We have a unique opportunity for a Designer to join our Team. We are looking for someone who is trend aware with a strong understanding and passion for high street fashion, ideally from a supplier background. The individual will be managing Childrenswear (main range and nightwear) & Ladies Nightwear with an emphasis on graphics and prints.

Main responsibilities and duties:
Using fabric sources to create, design and develop collections for various commercial retailers, understanding the needs and style of each customer.
Present collections to a range of stakeholders, taking on board feedback and adapting ranges where necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage your accounts, presenting a unified approach to customers
Liaise with buyers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure collections meet cost and margin requirements.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform design direction; using insights to develop mood boards and concept ideas.
Maintain the critical path and ensure timely delivery of samples and production-ready designs.
The role will require semi regular travel to meet clients.

The Candidate/Qualifications:
? Relevant experience in a similar designing role (ideally specialising in Childrenswear or Womenswear)
Excellent attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, confident presenter.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Passionate, enthusiastic, shows initiative.
Commercial awareness interpreting and translating trends to meet the customer profile.
Excellent photoshop and illustrator skills
