Your Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Guide teams across various business lines in adopting and enhancing Agile methodologies to tackle complex business challenges.
* Operate at an enterprise level to address systematic issues in a structured manner.
* Act as a servant leader, supporting and promoting best practices for Agile and effective ways of working.
* Provide objective guidance as a mentor or coach, ensuring teams stay on track with Agile techniques.
Your Impact
In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by:
* Collaborating with System and Solution Architects/Engineers to establish a robust technical foundation for real-time user experience validation and feedback.
* Sharing user experience guidelines and educating developers on best practices for maintaining excellent UI design.
* Assisting test engineers and the System team in user experience testing and automation.
* Participating in Iteration Planning, backlog refinement meetings, system demos, and solution demos.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical-related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
* Experience providing Agile guidance to senior stakeholders, with a background in the securities or financial services industry being a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.
* Hands-on experience with Agile work management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent).
* An understanding of our organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history.
* Effective facilitation and teaching skills.
* Coaching and mentoring expertise, with the ability to distinguish between the two.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
