Your new companyHays Specialist Recruitment are recruiting an ambitious Director of Change Management on a permanent basis to join a large and transforming national health and social care charity based across the UK. This key role will report directly into the Executive Director and can be worked remotely with some travel to sites across England and more specifically across Leeds/London and Manchester. Your new roleThe new Director of Change Management will deliver significant, multi-faceted programmes, incorporating contract and product implementations and mobilisations across a portfolio of services across the wider organisation.
You will be responsible for supporting and translating the organisations strategy and business plans into an overall portfolio of projects, implemented with associated governance and controls that drive quality, ambition and efficiency to meet the business needs.
You will bring your significant experience of working in similar roles, adopting best practice to deliver high standard project management and resource control for all relevant and required change programmes. This includes product implementation and contract mobilisations from point of initiation through to delivery and continuous improvement.
