About The Role: Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities: Maximise cash collections by ensuring payment to contractual terms working to a monthly target as a team, maintaining strong relationship with both external and internal customers. Debt ownership, being the point of contact for key stakeholders and leading debt calls and reporting. Overseeing the completion of the Shortfall report, and ensuring all deadlines are met and the team are presenting the best possible information. Supporting C redit C ontrollers with Escalations, queries and disputes. Management & collection of complex accounts Keep accurate record of payment promises and contact notes in relevant systems and reports Identify disputes and queries and follow up for resolution Provide updates to business upon request Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior credit controllers, providing constructive feedback and helping to develop essential credit management skills Monitoring and resolution of unallocated cash Aged debt to be chased weekly The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential Able to handle pressure and work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Confident to chase clients and internal stakeholders from senior operational teams Proven experience of working to Cash Collection targets and reducing bad debt Great communication skills Strong problem solving skills Confident using the phone in a busy fast paced role Prior credit control experience is essential How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
