My client is offering the opportunity to work exclusively alongside a Partner who trained and worked at several international law firms and is recognised for providing gold standard service. In the initial months you will work one to one with the Partner to understand process and logistics. Further down the line there is potential for a more flexible arrangement whereby you may work from home, in Kent or with the wider team in London. You will be expected to occasionally meet clients in London, and regularly meet the main Partner in Kent 3 days a week. They are specifically looking to appoint a mid level candidate to assist with an existing mixed caseload of commercial property matters. Real estate finance exposure would be advantageous, if not you will be trained in this area. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking firm. The long-term view is that you will be cultivated into a position where opportunities for Partnership will be on offer. This will be achieved through regular and consistent client contact and attendance of networking events with a view to build your own network.
