The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Environmental Services Supervisor to lead and inspire our cleaning teams, ensuring an exceptional cleaning provision across our campuses. You’ll champion high standards, support staff development, and play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained learning environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
2. Supervise, motivate, and support the cleaning team to consistently meet agreed service standards.
3. Produce and manage staff rotas, ensuring cover for holidays, sickness, events, and operational needs.
4. Oversee stock management for cleaning consumables and ensure safe, well‑maintained equipment use.
5. Work alongside cleaning staff on rotation and assist with emergency cleaning where required.
6. Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
7. Carry out administrative tasks such as sickness reporting, holiday approvals, and performance management.
