We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Temporary Staffing Team within the Corporate Division on a substantive basis. The role provides a robust PA service to members of the Senior Management Team. Strong administrative and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to members of the Temporary Staffing Management Team.
* Manage Microsoft Outlook diaries, organize meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel.
* Print, collate, and distribute meeting papers; draft agendas and prepare meeting documents.
* Attend meetings and take formal minutes or action notes using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Take formal minutes at panel meetings.
* Produce a high standard of correspondence such as letters, reports and other documents.
* Update and maintain the HR system (ESR), recording leave, sickness, and training.
* Progress and chase actions as required.
* Organize internal and external events, including catering requirements.
* Work under strict deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Work agile and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
* Experienced administrator with strong administrative and IT skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.
* Knowledge of NHS processes is preferred but not essential.
* Professional, ‘can do’ attitude and high standard of professionalism.
* Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
