Role: Senior Estates Surveyor - Client-Side Role | UK-Wide Portfolio

Salary: £60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and package
We're working with a leading UK-based organisation to recruit a Senior Estates Surveyor for a pivotal client-side role. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to manage and optimise a diverse national portfolio of logistics and industrial assets.
The Role:
As Senior Estates Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a wide remit covering leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory, and full-spectrum estate management. You'll be instrumental in delivering strategic property solutions that support operational performance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead on acquisitions and disposals of depots and delivery units across the UK, ensuring timely delivery and best value.
2. Manage lease events including renewals, rent reviews, break options, surrenders, and variations.
3. Oversee rent, service charge, insurance, and rates management, driving savings and ensuring compliance.
4. Liaise with external consultants (agents, solicitors, surveyors, planners) to deliver complex property solutions.
5. Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, and facilities.
6. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting tools to support decision-making and governance.
7. Develop and implement estates strategies and initiatives that benefit the wider business.
About You:
8. MRICS qualified with 5 years post-qualified experience.
9. Strong background in commercial property, ideally within logistics or industrial sectors.
10. Proven track record in acquisitions, lease advisory, and property management.
11. Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
12. Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders and external consultants.
13. Detailed knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
14. UK driving licence required.
