Strong background in designing accessible, user-centred services across multiple platforms. Ability to produce key design artefacts such as user flows, service blueprints, and site maps. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar to create and test high-fidelity designs. Experience conducting usability testing, independently or alongside research specialists. Familiarity with established design systems and standards, with the ability to contribute improvements. Experience leading or contributing to design communities of practice.
