PA Leeds £35,000 My client a well established professional firm are looking to recruit a PA to join their Leeds Office. This role is to support the Managing Partner. Main Duties: - Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with discretion and professionalism - Daily management and maintenance of the Managing Partner's diary and emails - Assisting with inbox management and coordinating meeting requests on behalf of the Managing Partner - Efficiently coordinating the Managing Partner's schedule, organising meetings and travel arrangements - Scheduling and arranging appointments for board meetings, equity meetings, and any other partner meetings - Ensuring papers are circulated from the Managing Partner ahead of regular meetings - Taking thorough notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, getting approval of the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants and highlighting action points - Implementing processes and procedures which support the Managing Partner and allow them to focus on the successful running of the firm - Keeping and maintaining electronic correspondence using the firm's systems - Prioritising tasks and managing the Managing Partner's to-do list, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved - Dealing with expenses and mileage claims on a monthly basis - Managing the appraisal schedule and process for the Managing Partners - Promoting the firm to maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts - Assisting with any other duties necessary to support the Managing Partner - Supporting the Managing Partner to achieve their individual objectives and the objectives of the firm. Skills Required: - Proficient IT skills - particularly Microsoft 365 - Excellent communication skills, oral and written, such that information is imparted efficiently and effectively at all levels internally and externally - Understands how to manage highly confidential information with maximum discretion - Able to work unsupervised, using a high level of initiative at all times - Ability to develop and introduce efficiencies and more effective ways of working -Highly organised, able to prioritise, anticipate, plan and problem solve - Adaptable, willing and capable of working flexibly.
