What youll be doing
* Build and assemble components using hand tools and workshop equipment
* Work with composite materials including sanding, trimming, drilling, routing and finishing
* Follow technical drawings and build instructions to produce high-quality work
* Use workshop machinery such as lathes and milling equipment, with training where needed
* Help maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment
What were looking for
* Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on environment
* Confidence using hand tools and workshop equipment
* A practical approach, strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
* Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
* A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Its a bonus if you have
* Experience in composites, engineering or a similar production environment
* Knowledge of workshop health and safety practices
* Familiarity with lathes, milling machines or similar workshop equipment
