Change & Communications Manager - Finance Transformation

London | Hybrid (2 days office-based) | 2-year Fixed Term Contract | £100,000 – £115,000 + benefits


A global, multi-billion-pound organisation is embarking on a significant Finance Transformation programme and is building a dedicated change and communications capability for the first time.

Reporting into the Head of Finance Programmes, this role plays a critical part in shaping how strategic change is communicated, adopted and embedded across the finance function and wider business globally.

This is an opportunity to work at scale, lead end-to-end communications and training design, and partner closely with senior leaders on enterprise-wide transformation that will impact thousands of stakeholders.


The Role

As Finance Transformation Change & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the communications, training and change strategy across a large portfolio of global initiatives, including enterprise system transformation, shared services and procurement reform.


You will:

* Own and deliver the global communications strategy for the Finance Transformation programme.
* Design and implement engagement and training plans across multiple workstreams.
* Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to shape compelling, relevant change messaging.
* Bring structure, impact and clarity to complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
* Embed change management practices while adapting the organisation’s approach for finance.
* Operate hands-on to develop content, training materials, toolkits and communications.
* Influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
* Help build a centre of excellence for Change & Communications within Finance.


You will have experience:

* Leading communications and change within global finance transformation programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.
* The ability to create and land messaging across multiple channels and audiences.
* Demonstrated experience designing training approaches for transformation initiatives.
* A pragmatic, adaptable style in fast-moving, deadline-led environments.
* Gravitas to work with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
* A hands-on mindset, you are comfortable creating content as well as shaping strategy.
