We are seeking a Litigation Executive with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage and prioritize workload, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. If this describes you, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient file management, adherence to timescales, compliance with precedents, and proper documentation using the case management system.
* Proactively progress files towards settlement, managing inactivity and complaints.
* Manage financial aspects, including billing, to meet KPIs.
* Secure and review medical reports, valuing them according to guidelines and case law.
* Obtain the client's Schedule of Loss and relevant evidence.
* Prepare cases for litigation and hearings, including post-settlement steps.
* Minimize write-offs and case closures, ensure prompt file closures, and handle ledger inquiries.
* Draft legal documents accurately, including court documents and schedules, and brief counsel as needed.
About You
* Previous experience handling RTA fast track cases.
* Understanding of litigation processes.
* Ability to assess medical reports from various disciplines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant case management systems.
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Ability to meet financial targets and KPIs.
