Job summary
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate support workers and healthcare assistants in Stafford who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a woman in her 30s, who lives in Stafford with her husband and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.
She enjoys spending time at home, listening to music, watching films and enjoys accessing the community when she feels up to this.
Main duties of the job
Throughout the day, you will be required to assist her with enjoying her hobbies, interests and accessing her social activities, as well as meeting her care needs, this could include personal care and supporting with her mobility when required.
It is important that she feels comfortable around her team, we are looking for staff who have a similar sense of humour, who she can share a laugh and joke with.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
We have the following shifts available;
1. Part Time Days
2. 8am 8pm
3. 2 Shifts Per Week

Weekdays: £ (£156 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Saturday: £ (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Sunday: £ (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £ (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
