Regulatory Reporting Remediation Specialist
London (Hybrid)
12 Month Contract (with possibility of going permanent)

Robert Half is supporting a large bank in building out a specialist team focused on transaction reporting remediation. We are hiring Regulatory Transaction Reporting Remediation Specialists to join a dedicated programme.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team addressing complex regulatory reporting challenges across European and US frameworks.
The Role
You will:
* Investigate and remediate issues in trade & transaction reporting to regulators
* Analyse and resolve data and system issues within reporting databases
* Support regulator-facing queries (data lineage, discrepancies, missing/incorrect submissions)
* Help reduce backlog and improve reporting quality and controls
* Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Compliance
What We’re Looking For
We’re building a well-rounded team, so experience in one or more of the following is key:
* EMIR (EU & UK)
* MiFID (EU & UK)
* SFTR
* CFTC
* SEC
Strong preference for candidates with:
* European regulatory experience (banking)
* Background in Global Markets / Capital Markets
* Strong understanding of trade/transaction data flows and reporting systems
* Ability to analyse issues, implement fixes, and clearly explain them to regulators
