Are you a hands-on Supply Chain professional who thrives in a fast-moving engineering environment? We're looking for a proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our client's end‑to‑end material flow, optimise SAP ECC performance, and drive continuous improvement across our operation.
What You'll Do
Oversee the full movement of goods, from receipt to dispatch ensuring smooth, compliant material flow.
Lead and develop a team of four covering Order Management, Goods In/Out, and Warehouse optimisation.
Act as SAP "Key User," owning planning parameters and ensuring high data accuracy.
Analyse KPIs on inventory, supplier performance, and freight costs to spot bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Manage logistics partners, 3PLs, and customs brokers to support seamless international trade and compliance.
Champion Lean initiatives to reduce waste, cut costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
5+ years in supply chain, including at least 2 years leading a team.
Strong capability in SAP ECC and advanced Excel; confident with MS Office and Power BI.
Solid understanding of HS codes, import/export regulations, and global logistics.
A data-driven mindset with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to react quickly to supply chain challenges.
Organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a compact and busy engineering setting.This role offers hybrid working, the office is based in Milton Keynes.
