Lecturer in Counselling – The Role:

We are looking for an outstanding Lecturer in Counselling to join us on a variable-hours basis — someone who brings energy, professional expertise, and a passion for teaching adults and young people in the helping professions.
Lecturer in Counselling – Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging lectures in Counselling, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
* Providing academic support and guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
* Developing and updating curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
* Contributing to the assessment and evaluation of student performance.
* Actively participating in departmental meetings and collaborative initiatives.
Lecturer in Counselling – You:
* A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Professional experience in counselling practice or a related field.
* Up-to-date knowledge of counselling theories, methodologies, and ethical practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Flexibility to work variable hours according to student and departmental needs.
