The successful candidate will play a key role in the school’s office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and supporting essential administrative functions across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students.
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing queries efficiently to the right staff.
* Maintain and update accurate student records using the school’s management systems.
* Support communication across the school through various administrative systems.
* Assist with the organisation and coordination of school events and activities.
* Undertake general admin duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and office staff to support the school’s daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Access) and general IT systems.
* Understanding of school CRM systems (SIMS & Go4Schools) is desirable.
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
* Up-to-date first aid training is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to manage tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
