Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in High Wycombe for a Retail Store Management position. The successful candidate with be part of the management team that oversees daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driven to achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences, managing stock levels and supervising staff to ensure operational efficiency. The manager will also be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring the store is organised and well-maintained.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an excellent shopping experience
* Effective Communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
* Experience with Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee operations and minimize risk
* Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team to achieve sales and operational goals
* Organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation
* Proven experience in retail management, with a preference for the hardware, decorating, or DIY industry
* A passion for creating positive customer experiences and fostering team collaboration
